Ismaning, 4th May 2007 - PLAZAMEDIA, Germany’s biggest sports-TV producer and a subsidiary of the EM.TV Group, is producing nine matches from the 6th UEFA European Under-17 Championship 2006/2007, which is being held in Belgium from 2nd–13th May 2007. As host broadcaster, the full-service provider will provide the basic signal.

This major sporting event will be produced by two venue teams and six cameras in total. During this time, some 35 employees per venue will be on duty at the grounds Eupen, Verviers, Tournai and Tubize. PLAZAMEDIA is the technical provider for the live broadcasting. EUROSPORT is responsible for the host broadcasting, together with the TV partner UEFA and the LOC. The live signal will be broadcast in 20 languages and will reach more than 108 million households in 54 countries. In addition, individual games will be shown with a time delay on EUROSPORT 2, the new digital sports channel of the EUROSPORT Group.
