Ismaning, 21 April 2008 – PLAZAMEDIA, Germany’s leading full-service provider for TV and new media, is the exclusive marketing partner for the Griffner EventBox in Europe. With this sales partnership, PLAZAMEDIA is extending its service portfolio and will promote the future use of this mobile event location at trade fairs, exhibitions, events and TV productions. Because of its flexible application possibilities, the Griffner EventBox can be ideally adapted to the needs of the customer – be it as a VIP area, press centre, seminar room or lounge area.

The Griffner EventBox was developed by Austrian company GriffnerHaus AG for use at exclusive events, such as the Tennis Masters in Graz-Reininghaus and the Spengler Cup at upmarket Swiss ski resort Davos in 2007. The concept of the box, which was designed in collaboration with Thomas Lenzinger, majority owner of GriffnerHaus, and American architect and designer Stuart Veech, also satisfies the technical requirements of a mobile TV studio. The internationally active company manufactures houses from wood and glass for modern living culture and, by collaborating with international designers, has given the term prefabricated house construction a new dimension.
