The FILOU:CAM is a remote controlled dolly system capable of taking a camera head of up to 50kg. Its narrow-gauge (17cm) aluminium rails guide the dolly smoothly and safely on the straight and around curves with radii of as little as 90cm.
The FILOU:CAM is easy to transport and extremely cost and time-efficient to set up. Its low weight and cone-shaped PVC connectors make the Filou 17 rail profile exceptionally easy to handle, while aluminium traverses provide a suitable base for the system. Rail profiles come in different lengths and a range of curve radii.
The FILOU:CAM can also be suspended. Its unique format offers extremely flexible, low-vibration rail system that is uncompromising in its safety and performance.
The drive system is operated via a digital control panel. Automated moves can be pre-programmed and the joystick or pedal controls ensure extremely gentle movement sequences. This system is ideal for any application where gentle tracking shots take priority over high speeds.
