The track system for dynamic images

As the high-speed member in the PLAZAMEDIA camera family, the Speed:CAM accelerates with ease to as much as 160km/h and is simple to set up and operate. Measuring up to 300 m in length, its track rails are easy to assemble and use at any time. The system is powered by a set of high-performance servomotors delivering between 750W and 15kw to drive the cable winch.
Various camera types can be fitted to the dolly for either wired or wireless operations. And with its user-friendly control software the system can easily be adjusted to suit any environment. The narrow-gauge track makes the SPEED:CAM easy to install on traverses or walls as well as in restricted spaces that are too tight for other rail systems. Curve radii like those in an athletics stadium or ice-skating rink are possible anytime.
The SPEED:CAM is also available as a self-propelling version (without winches). Cables are moved by draglines or other means. With a belt drive enabling a friction-locked connection, the system is highly suitable for applications requiring gentle cruises with minimum effort, rather than high speeds.
The system is of course TÜV certified by the German Technical Inspection Agency.
